Misty Blue Returns with CRUSHED

Crushed marks Misty Blue's first single since 2024 and the first release leading into the band's upcoming EP, arriving in November 2026.

Crushed is written from a deeply nostalgic place, like a letter to your younger self. Wrapped in dreamy acoustic guitars, layered harmonies and vintage-inspired arrangements, the song explores girlhood, youthful infatuation and the way we romanticize the people who were never good for us in the first place.

Blending the warmth of '70s folk rock with the hazy edge of '90s dream pop and rock, Crushed captures the dizzy feeling of wanting someone who keeps leaving you wanting more. It feels like being the last one left on the dance floor, mascara running, streamers scattered across the floor, the disco ball still spinning long after everyone else has gone home.
